The Nike Shox may be the most popular choice for a running shoe and it is still worn by many players in the NBA including Tayshaun Prince who has just received his very own Player Exclusive of the sneaker. Maybe the NBA season didn’t go exactly as Nike shox had planned but at least this shoe should be able to pick up his spirits a bit if anything.Before Scottie Pippen’s signature line was born at Nike he was known to wore and endorsed the Air More Uptempo, a sneaker which a lot of people assume is part of Scottie’s signature line due to the fact it wore it quite often, including in ‘96 when he did a stint with the Nike shox in a pair that had his  emboridered on the heel.Some of you may be to young to remember those days, or maybe you’re from that era but just didn’t have an interest in sneakers at the time.

I however remember the shoes very clearly and for those who don’t you’ll have a chance to experience them as if we’re back in the 90’s as Nike is preparing to retro the sneakers later this year. Official release dates and all that jazz is still unclear at this time but thanks to TSG we’ve got some catalog scans of the shoes in two colorways. Unfortunately they’re just colored drawings and don’t provide us with a look at the actual detail put into the sneakers but at least now we can confirm that the Nike Shox Dream Womens White Blue will return.A few months ago Nike brought back a retro version of the Nike Air Pippen 1 and since then we have seen 2 color schemes to be released. The OG black/red colorway and a tar/sunset model. Next in line for a release is this Air Pippen 1 Retro which has an upper made of mostly black with purple accents on the sole, tongue and heel.

Select Nike retailers will start to stock their shelves with this version of the Women's Nike Shox Shoes.When it comes to hybrids it’s hard to win over a crowd. Taking something which is already largely popular and infusing it with design elements from another model could lead to a recipe for disaster. Take for example many of the Jordan Brand hybrid’s which have been ridiculed over and over again.While there luck in the hybrid department has been slim to none lately, the same can’t be said for Nike. Nike’s been delivering all sorts of hybrids and for the most part they’ve been catching on.
